If an item doesn’t fit, arrives damaged, is lost in the mail, is the wrong item or you’d like to cancel a recent order, please contact us via the website or email us at squarewild@gmail.com letting us know what the issue is and we’ll do what we can for you.

If you wish to cancel an order please get in touch or cancel on our site within 48 hours of completing your purchase before we send anything out.

We ship worldwide! Orders overseas will take an extra few days to arrive - be aware we may have to charge extra postage for multiple/bulky items!

All items are sent via Royal Mail, 1st class and dispatched within 1 - 3 working days with the exception of our tie dye t-shirts; please allow extra time for these as they’re made by hand, and to order, so they can take a few extra days! If you need yours doing by a certain date, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
